Shipping Policy

You've seen our free shipping offer, right? So here are the details. Orders shipping within the contiguous United States that are over $0.00 will receive free shipping. If you live in HI, AK, APO, Puerto Rico or Guam, unfortunately, we can't ship your order free. Usually, orders two pounds and under are shipped through the United States Postal Service for quickest service. Heavier or bulky orders are shipped UPS Ground. We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.

U.S. Non-contiguous Orders

Of course, we are happy to ship to you if you are outside our free shipping range. Orders shipping to non-contiguous United States territories will be shipped through the Postal Service. This includes Alaska, American Samoa, APO, Federated States of Micronesia, FPO, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands.

Orders Shipped To Canada

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping on Canadian orders. Here's why: Your order will need to ship Priority Mail so that it arrives in the quickest time. But it will need to be examined at customs and is subject to certain regulations. This will cause your order to take between six and twelve business days to arrive. We cannot provide a tracking number, unfortunately. And the customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes imposed by Canadian authorities. Usually lighter orders take six to seven days while heavier orders take a bit longer.

Shipping Times

From Monday through Friday, we ship from our warehouse in Long Beach, CA.

  • - Orders placed before 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time usually ship out the same day.
  • - Any order placed after 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the next day.
  • - Orders placed Friday after 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the following Monday.
  • - Expect three to five working days for arrival on the East Coast
  • - Expect 1-3 working days on the West Coast
  • - We upload our orders every few hours during the day into our internal processing system. An order number will be sent in one email and another email will follow with a tracking number a few hours after the item leaves our facility.
  • - Emails with tracking information are sent Monday through Friday night from our internal system.
  • - Shipping times are calculated from the time your package leaves our warehouse. Shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
  • - Shipping costs are not refundable.
