Ink Cartridge I ordered both color ink and black ink. My printer will only pick up either the color cartridge or the black cartridge, not both. I have updated my computer and refreshed the printer params and still the same problem is occuring. I don't have this problem when I order my ink from Dell. November 1, 2012
